Abstract
By the methods of differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffract ion it was shown that chemically prepared 82Ni-18P amorphous powder al loy is an active hydrogen absorber in the temperature range 120-250 de grees C, and that in the temperature range 340-450 degrees C it passes into the crystalline state. The processes of hydrogen absorption and crystallization were analyzed, and the kinetic and thermal parameters of both processes were determined.
