Increasing quality requirements on electronic products and the for suc

ufacturing mean a challenge for quality assurance and it's concepts. W
hile in today's electronics production the quality of the final produc
t is stil assured by costly 100%-tests of the finished subassemblies t
his function must be taken over by process control and process coordin
ation already in the near future. The collection of all quality and re
liability relevant object- and process parameters, their evaluation an
d feed-back in process internal and process covering control levels is
the base for the realisation of this concept. Essential components of
a comprehensive quality assurance system in electronics production ar
