Abstract
The axially symmetric equilibrium shapes of the free surface of the me lt during crystal growth by the technique of pulling from shaper (TPS) under zero-gravity conditions have been analyzed. In the real systems such a surface consists of two unconnected parts. This fact essential ly affects stability of the melt. The method of investigation of stabi lity is described and numerical results are provided for growth angles of 0-degrees, 10-degrees and 15-degrees.
