Abstract
The independent particle method was used to compute the positron charg e distribution in the ternary alloy GaxIn1-xAs. The positron charge de nsity with respect to the variation of the mole fraction is discussed. It was noted that the relative positron affinity leads to the positro n preferentially annihilating with the anion rather than the cation.
