Abstract
Thermoluminescence (TL) of (TeO2)0.81(P2O5)0.19 glass doped with 0.001 wt.% of different rare earth oxides of the type La2O3, CeO2, SM2O3 an d Yb2O3 were prepared. For all measured samples, at each dose level, t he recorded glow curve peaked at approximately 485-535 K, depending on both the type of rare earth oxide and the gamma-ray dose. The peak he ight as well as the area under TL glow curves were found to be linear in the dose range of 0-200 muGy.
