Abstract
This paper represents the reliability analysis of different operating system models i.e. computer, computer based communication network and solar energy systems. All of these models are based on some specific s et of assumptions. Failure time distributions are assumed to be negati ve exponential white the repair, replacement and recovery time distrib utions are followed to be general for proposed system models. Using re generative point technique several important cost effective reliabilit y characteristics are obtained. To gain the high reliability targets g raphical representations are also provided.
