Abstract
The effect of addition of recycled and reused material on the physicoc hemical, extraction and migration properties of lowdensity polyethylen e film was investigated. It was found that impact strength and barrier properties of recycled plastics were reduced greatly, while the extra ction and migration values were enhanced. Addition of extrusion waste was found not to alter the properties significantly.
