Fatty acid compositions of runner peanuts were determined among fiftee
n geographic localities from Cordoba, Argentina. Significant differenc
es were found within these fatty acid profiles. Samples from the Reduc
cion zone had the best oleic-to linoleic ratio and iodine value.
