E. Schneider et al., 2 RAPID ENZYME IMMUNOCHEMICAL TESTS FOR T HE DETECTION OF CHLORAMPHENICOL IN RAW-MILK, Archiv für Lebensmittelhygiene, 45(2), 1994, pp. 43-45
Two rapid enzyme immunochemical tests in dipstick and immunofiltration
formats have been developed for the detection of chloramphenicol (CAP
) residues in raw milk. Both tests can be easily performed within a sh
ort time (50 min and 10 min, respectively) and allow the detection of
1 ng CAP/mi raw milk. Raw milk can be analysed directly without any sa
mple treatment. The tests would therefore be suitable as field tests.
