sorb. evaluate and convert into positive terms the views and opinions
of the consumer. This also applies to improving the image of the produ
ct ''meat'' by means of the now positive influence factors product and
process quality, quality assurance and quality management. This inclu
des computer-supported and weight-controlled mixing with user-specific
plant and an economic degree of rationalization. But the quality must
in no way be negatively affected by efforts towards automation.
