Abstract
The longitudinal optical vibrational modes have been studied in doped (GaAs)n(AlAs)m superlattice plasmon have been found. The anlaysis of t he experimental results showed that the frequency of superlattice plas mon in the studied superlattices is mostly determined by population of miniband formed by the GAMMA-like conduction-band states. The fitting of the calculated reflection spectra to the experimental ones allowed us to measure the population of minibands, effective mass and vertica l mobility of electrons.
