Abstract
In this report, the rationale, development, implementation, and evalua tion of a school-based mental health services program for high-risk ch ildren with serious emotional and behavioral problems is described. Th e unmet needs of the target population and how a collaborative, primar y care model of service delivery addresses the shortcomings of traditi onal mental health services is detailed. Finally, policy and future re search directions are discussed.
