Abstract
The effect of Dy2O3 content on the phase composition, structure, and e lectrical properties of Dy2O3-BaO-CuO ceramics was studied. The compos ition limits of tetragonal and orthorhombic perovskite-like Ba2-xDyxO3 +delta a solid solutions and their unit-cell parameters were determine d. The solid solutions were shown to be semiconductors with hopping co nductivity at low temperatures.
