M. Gottesmann, PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE RESIDENTIAL YOUTH CARE WORKER - OR A POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVE IN ISRAEL (REPRINTED FROM FICE BULLETIN, SPRING, PG 48-53, 1991), Child & youth care forum, 22(2), 1993, pp. 159-163
