Abstract
This paper deals with two sectional models each involving three Weibul l distributions. It presents a characterization of the different shape s for the density and the failure race functions for these models. It also discusses the Weibull Plotting Paper (WPP) plots to determine the suitability of such models to model a given failure data set. (C) 199 7 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
