Abstract
The electrical and thermal properties of GdSy(y=1.475-1.495) solid sol utions were measured as a function of temperature and composition. The obtained data demonstrate that these materials are partially degenera te semiconductors. The electrical properties are discussed in terms of carrier scattering mechanisms.
