DENTAL DEFORMATION MEASUREMENT USING COHERENT OPTICAL TECHNIQUES

Deformations of the dental model are visualized by applying image holo graphy and Abramson's method. Inplane, rotation and out-of-plane defor mation art detected. For the measurement of the deformations a diffrac tion grating method is introduced which is shown to have high sensitiv ity, accuracy, and ability to detect 3-D deformations.
