Abstract
Highly sensitive three dimensional images can be obtained from hologra phic imaging systems. The inevitable aberrations in optical systems co nstrain their applicability. In the present paper, the holographic ima ging system has been subjected to apodisation besides aberration and t he image modulations have been determined against different orders of apodisation and degrees of aberration. The contrast profiles are drawn .
