Abstract
To produce high-performance piezoelectric solid solutions based on NaN bO3, LiNbO3, and KNbO3, we chose, relying on the earlier developed cri teria, second, third, and fourth components with various structures. T he composition regions of NaNbO3- and KNbO3-based solid solutions were estimated a priori. The electrical properties of the solid solutions can be correlated with bond lengths.
