Abstract
In ZnTe:N, post-growth hydrogen diffusion has been achieved by a hydro gen plasma exposure. After diffusion, the 300 K free-hole concentratio n decreases by 50 whereas the hole mobility increases. This is typical of the neutralization of N accepters by hydrogen with the formation o f neutral N-H complexes. These results are presented and discussed tog ether with deuterium diffusion profiles.
