Abstract
Strong modifications of the optical spectra near the band-gap edge an observed in Cd1-xFexTe crystals as compared to the spectra of pure CdT e. The evolution of luminescence spectra with increase of Fe concentra tion is represented by the change of the radiative recombination chann els from dominantly (A(0),x) accepter bound exciton emission in undope d CdTe to the free exciton luminescence in Cd1-xFexTe solid solutions.
