Abstract
Some properties of the Fresnel diffraction field produced by one-dimen sional regular fractals, like Canter bars, are analyzed in the frame o f the Walsh-Hadamard formalism. The self-similarity degree of both the diffracted intensity and the Walsh-Hadamard spectrum of this distribu tion an obtained.
