Abstract
Ln(1-x)Sm(x)BSiO(5) (Ln = La, Pr) solid solutions with the stilwellite structure were prepared by solid-state reactions in the composition r ange 0 < x < 1, and their dielectric and nonlinear optical properties were studied.
