With the usage of given dimensions to assess a persons' behavior, e. g
. during personnel selection processes, discrepancies between the cons
tructor's intended and the user's actual handling of the dimensions mi
ght occur. With the application of these dimensions correlations or si
milarities between the performance appraisal dimensions other than tho
se originally intended by the developers are ''constructed''. A proced
ure which can easily be administered to measure the perception of simi
larities of the raters with regards to the given assessment dimensions
is presented here.
