Time resolved magneto-optical absorption measurement of a quantum dot
array is carried out. In contrast to two dimensional electron gas, a d
ifference in the absorption between with and without photoexcitation c
an be clearly observed in a quantum dot array. From the time variation
of the difference in the absorption, the peakshift is investigated. T
his may not depend simply on the carrier concentration. A photoexcited
carrier may change the charge state around the dot. (C) 1998 Elsevier
