Abstract
The role of telecommunications in the world today is evolving very rap idly, particularly in the technical area. To meet these increasing cus tomer requirements, BT has set up account management teams, including account managers and systems engineers, backed up by a virtual account team-the crucial support elements available from the rest of BT.
