Abstract
Electrical conductivity of La1-xCaxCrO3 was measured at 1273 K over a wide range of Ca2+ concentrations. The optical and dielectric properti es of this material were studied at 523 K at low Ca2+ levels. The opti cal properties and conductivity of La1-xCaxCrO3 were found to correlat e. The transport data were interpreted in terms of a localized-electro n model.
