Abstract
This paper presents a one-to-one correspondence between a pseudo-obser vable form and the Matrix Fraction Description (MFD) of a MIMO system so that given one form, the other may be derived accordingly. In the d evelopment only left coprime MFD and pseudo-observable f;srm will be c onsidered. The right coprime MFD and pseudo-controllable form can be d erived in a dual sense.
