Nanometer GaP was synthesized by reacting GaCl3-Et2O and GaCl3-benzene
with Na3P, respectively, under high-temperature, high-pressure benzen
e-thermal conditions. The results indicated that the products prepared
by reacting GaCl3-Et2O with Na3P has a smaller and nearly monodispers
ed crystal size, but the yield is poor, while the product of reaction
between GaCl3-benzene and Na3P has much wider crystal size distributio
n and rather high yield. In addition, the process of the formation and
