Abstract
Data are reported on the phase composition, electrical conductivity, a nd thermal stability of fully (10 mol % Y2O3) and partially (3-5 mol % Y2O3) stabilized zirconia materials prepared by the conventional cera mic route, involving vacuum heat treatment at 2000 degrees C followed by air annealing.
