Jc. Collins, ISOLATED SOYA PROTEIN FROM NON GENETICALLY-MODIFIED SOYA - AN ALTERNATIVE INGREDIENT TO MEET THE NEEDS OF FOOD AND MEAT PROCESSORS, Die Fleischwirtschaft, 78(11), 1998, pp. 1145

containing Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's) has captured the att

eat. More specifically, consumers would like to have a choice regardi
ng consumption of foods derived from genetically modified ingredients.
