Uniformly Minimum Variance Unbiased Estimation for Discrete Distributions with Support Depending on the Parameter

This article considers uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimation of estimable parameters when observations come from a certain class of discrete distributions with support depending on the parameter.An example of Stigler (1972) comes as a special case, where all parametric functions are estimable and have uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimators.
