The Mueller reflection matrix of isotropic chiral specimen was measure
d, using Mueller-matrix ellipsometry. The Stokes parameters of reflect
ed light are obtained as function of the fast axis C of a quater-wave
plate. which in combination with a fixed linear polarizer determine th
e incident polarization stale. The Stokes meter is a combination of a
second lambda/4 plate and a second polarizer. The Stokes parameters we
re Fourier analyzed to give the 16 elements of the Mueller matrix. The
chirality mostly influences the m(03) and m(33) matrix elements.
