Abstract
This paper discusses some of the possible effects of increasing organi zational diversity on four areas of concern to women: 1) hiring discri mination; 2) appraisal, promotion, and advancement problems; 3) proble ms related to managing and leading; and 4) sexual harassment. Recommen dations for research are offered for each of these areas.
