Abstract
Clinician-managers (CMs) are becoming increasingly responsible for res ource allocation decisions, decisions that can spawn ethical issues wh en resources are scarce. The purpose of the study on which this articl e is based was to determine which factors would predict CMs' satisfact ion with organizational practices that assist them with ethical issues arising from resource allocation decisions.
