We have researched nanocrystalline LiFe5O8 during reflection absorptio
n, surface photovoltage and surface photovoltage (SPS) by changing ele
ctric field (FMSPS). It is shown that the samples have bands of charge
transfer transitions and crystal field transition. It is shown obviou
s quantum size effect that the absorbent intensity increased with decr
easing particle size. The nanocrystal has P-type photovoltage property
. The two peaks are served in 610 and 680 nm in particle size of less
than 30 nm. For the first time, we researched the charge transfer tran
sition bands in FMSPS. It is shown that the bands consisted of two tra
nsitions of different properties. The photovoltage process is also exp
lained.
