Abstract
This article describes some decisions of New York's Public Employment Relations Board that involve continuation or discontinuance of provisi ons of an expired contract during negotiation of a new contract. New Y ork's ''Triborough Amendment'' is the operative law governing such cir cumstance, and it is being interpreted by the courts as cases arise.
