The influence of temperature on oscillations oi the transverse magneto
resistance of ZnxCdyHg1-x-yTe (x = 0.08, y = 0.11) in the range 77-200
K and under magnetic fields up to 2.5 T has been studied. It has been
shown that the structure of observed oscillations cannot be interpret
ed by participation of one kind of phonons only in magnetophonon reson
ance, We observed series ''a''-LO(ZnTe), ''b''-LO(CdTe), ''c''-LO(HgTe
), ''d''-Lo(ZnTe)-LO(HgTe), and ''e''-LO(CdTe)-LO(HgTe). An interpreta
tion of experimental peaks with the help of magnetophonon resonances a
t differences of phonon frequencies describing the different solid sol
ution sublattices (HgTe-like, CdTe-like, and ZnTe-like) is given.
