Abstract
The effects of different apertured modulations on propagation features of the first-order Bessel beam. The effects of different apertured mo dulations on the propagation characteristics of the first-order Bessel beam are numerically investigated. The calculated results demonstrate that the variations of the first peak intensity of the J(1) Bessel be am with propagation distance are similar to the axial intensity distri butions of the apertured J(0) Bessel beam. These results may offer use ful information for improving the quality of the J(1) Bessel beam in p ractical applications.
