Abstract
Assessment of economic benefits resulting from the provision of transp ortation projects are standard practice. However, the procedures seldo m consider detailed distribution of benefits amongst the study area po pulation. Distribution of vehicle operating cost benefits to rural pop ulation is presented for a road sealing project.
