Abstract
Morphological evolution of europium(III) phosphate in the initial stag e of synthesis is studied. The precipitated phase is found to consist of two types of amorphous particles, one of which is characterized by a two-level morphology, as evidenced by electron-microscopical examina tion and the good agreement between radiotracer and volumetric results .
