Abstract
Since December 1992 the L36.00-12 method ''determination of ethanol in beer with low alcohol content'' has been available under the official collection of test methods according to 35 LMBG. The method has been tested in two ring tests by the ''Beer'' Working Group of the Commissi on for Implementation of 35 LMBG of the former Federal Health Office w ith participation by the ''Enzymatic Analysis'' Work Group of the 35 C ommission as well as the ''Enzymatic Analysis'' Work Group of the Soci ety of German Chemists (GDCh).
