Presented is one method of continuous flow analysis for determining th
e free amino nitrogen in wort and beer. With the he lp of statistical
methods to DIN 38402 Part 71 it is proved that the automated method is
equivalent to the ninhydrin method to MEBAK. The application of the C
FA method loads to an improvement in the reproducibility of the measur
ed results and to a reduction in time and costs.
