The already known and approved winter barley strains (Pamir, Astrid, A
ngora, Labea) as well as new strains (15353/1217 1, 15353/1217 21, 154
23/1493 13, 15423/1493 2) from the crop areas (Strassmoos, Feldkirchen
, Aspachhof) were malted and beer produced. A detailed report is given
on the tests carried out on the malts, worts and beers produced from
the barleys.
