Abstract
A novel method for the quantification of the humulones by means of H-1 -NMR spectroscopy has been developed. The technique has been used to c onfirm previous combined HPLC conductrometric titration results for th e determination of the composition of a mixture of n, ad and co humulo nes. Thus the grounds upon which calibration extracts are manufactured has been independently proved.
